BOWEL CANCER POSTER GETTING THE BUM’S RUSH

CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand (Wireless Flash) – A poster designed to promote awareness of bowel cancer is getting the bum’s rush from doctors in New Zealand. The poster features the naked behind of a shapely woman along with the slogan, Don’t back out. A spokesman for the medical research group which is behind the keister campaign admits the butt-bearing posters are “provocative,” but says that’s the only way to catch people’s attention. But not everyone agrees. The New Zealand newspaper, The Press, reports that some medical officials are refusing to hang up the cheeky poster for fear of offending patients.
