VAN NUYS, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – A porn industry veteran thinks movies and TV get it all wrong when they depict his business – so he’s taking matters into his own hands. Adult film star and erotic writer Taliesin the Bard claims Hollywood tends to either “overglamorize” porn or “lump everyone together as crack whores,” so he’s started a consulting firm to educate mainstream movie and TV pros. His Eros Consulting firm has a roster of porn stars and prostitutes ready to give expert advice to producers – just like police officers give “technical consultations” to cop shows like NYPD Blue. Business has been slow so far. Taliesin and his pals have consulted on less than 20 productions – but he hopes that will soon change. In fact, he’s currently looking for other “sexperts” to fill out his stable, such as brothel owners, sex therapists and porn casting directors.
