BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – You may want to sit down for this news: Fat injections into the rump are on the rise with flat-butted women. That’s according to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Les Bolton, who boosts buttocks by taking fat cells from a patient’s hips or stomach and injecting them into the butt. Until recently, the only alternative was a huge hard rubber implant which Dr. Bolton says looks good but doesn’t feel real. But with the fat injections, Dr. Bolton says he can even sculpt special features like a “swimmer’s dimple” – which is when the cheeks are concave on the outer edge, giving them a more athletic look. However, not every woman can go from Calista Flockhart to Jennifer Lopez. Dr. Bolton says the end rump result depends on body structure and how large a supply of fat cells a patient has to work with.
