SEATTLE (Wireless Flash) – Even the biggest Hollywood stars aren’t immune from bad breath. Just ask former child star Karolyn Grimes – best-known for playing Jimmy Stewart’s daughter, Zuzu, in It’s A Wonderful Life. Grimes also starred in movies where she was tucked into bed by big shots like Bing Crosby, Cary Grant and Loretta Young. She admits that sometimes the actors’ breath “wasn’t the best” during the kiss goodnight, but says her mother forbid her never to wrinkle her nose in disgust. Grimes won’t name names as to who had the worst breath in Hollywood back then, but she shares some of her less stinky Tinsel Town anecdotes in the new book Zuzu’s Wonderful Life in the Movies (Publishing Specialists).
