WILL JIM MORRISON DOLL LIGHT BARBIE’S FIRE?

TEMPE, Ariz. (Wireless Flash) – Barbie’s boyfriend, Ken, could be getting some competition – from Jim Morrison. A doll version of the 1960s-era rock singer – complete with leather pants and microphone – will hit shelves in September. The doll will sell for around $10, and be marketed mostly to music buffs. However, a spokesman for McFarlane Toys, the company making the Doors dolls, says it’s possible the doll could appeal to Barbies who prefer bad boys – especially since the Jim Morrison doll is more “anatomically correct than Ken.”
